The index provider selects domestic corporate bonds issued by companies that have market capitalizations of $5 billion or more, have credit ratings of BBB- or higher from Standard and Poor’s or Baa3 or higher from Moody’s and which have an Inspire Impact Score® of zero or higher.‏‏‎ ‎
